How We Started
We are a highly motivated team of caregivers led by Jo Pacificador, a former school director with more than a decade of experience as educator. Jo decided to start her own company and help improve care coordination using health information technology. Hence, Brent Canyon HomeCare was born.
A Little About Jo
A Little About Jo
Jo Pacificador has a degree in B.S. Psychology and A.B. Healthcare Administration. She also just recently completed her master’s degree in Health Informatics at the University of Cincinnati. Jo has extensive knowledge of the current legislation, including:

In her experience as a patient care coordinator, Jo worked with adults with different needs and conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, lung disease, kidney and bladder problems, coronary heart disease, and more.
Moreover, Jo can manage patient loads by prioritizing every patient needs and by protecting everyone's well-being. That is why she is convinced and committed to uplifting the home care services in Los Angeles Counties and its neighboring cities. It is always Jo’s passion to care for someone. No matter what their age is, the most important is to understand and attend to their needs
